Our primary focus is on bread. We bake our loaves fresh daily and use a rotating bread schedule.

Rye • Medium Rye (40% rye flour) with either flax, sunflower or pumpkin seeds
12 Grain • white and whole wheat flour with cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked corn, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, millet, triticale, buckwheat, barley, sesame seeds, oats, pumpkin seeds
Coarse Farmers’ • cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked corn
Trail Bread • white, whole wheat, rye, cranberries, oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds
French Sourdough • naturally leavened with our own starter
Buttermilk Seed Bread • a lighter loaf loaded with seeds with a touch of honey and buttermilk
